Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing Btwinus (❦). We strive to provide a delightful and seamless digital letter writing studio. Please read our policy regarding refunds and cancellations below.
1. Subscriptions & Instant Delivery
Btwinus premium subscription plans (Pro and Keepsake, billed monthly or yearly) grant immediate digital access to premium features, including expanded or unlimited letter sending, custom paper textures, advanced scripts, and wax seal styles.
Because our service is entirely digital and delivered instantly upon successful completion of your payment via Razorpay, we generally do not offer refunds once premium features have been unlocked.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- To cancel, log into your account, visit the Account page, and click the cancel option.
- Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid billing cycle. You will retain full access to premium templates and letter limits until that date.
- No cancellation fees apply. Once your subscription expires, your account will revert to the free plan.
3. Refund Exception Guidelines
We want to ensure customer satisfaction. We will review and honor refund requests under the following rare circumstances:
- Technical Failures: If a system bug prevents you from accessing premium features despite a successful charge, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 3 business days of being notified.
- Billing Errors: In the event of duplicate charges, incorrect amounts billed, or failure to process a cancellation request that was submitted at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date. Please send your query along with the payment reference code/receipt to btwinus.info@gmail.com.
4. Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment source (credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking) used during the checkout on Razorpay. It usually takes 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.
